A School Library
A library is a part and parcel of an educational institution. It is a room or a building or a part of an instítution where books, newspapers, magazines and journals are kept for students to read, or to borrow. The importance of a school library is immense. The school library is meant for students and teachers who can use the library to enrich their knowledge. Our school also has a good library from which students can borrow books. It is located in the ground floor of the school building. In our library, there are numerous books on various subjects such as science, history, philosophy, politics, our culture and so on. Students borrow books according to their interest taste or curiosity.Books are arranged neatly but alphabetically in the shelves. Two persons are there in our library to help the students. The librarian is a helpful man. He not only finds books from the shelves but also gives us useful advice and information about books. This he can do because he knows his books. The assistant librarian is a lover of books and takes interest in both books and students. He helps us find confined books to read in the library. He issues books to the students against their library cards. We can borrow a book for a week. Our headteacher is a very wise and prudent person. He always tries his best to promote our library, So. whenever students feel any lack of books and inform him of it, he meets it. Thus, our library is getting richer day by day. I do feel proud of our school library which is well-managed by the librarian and his assistant.

একটি লাইব্রেরি একটি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের একটি অংশ এবং পার্সেল। এটি একটি কক্ষ বা একটি ভবন বা একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের একটি অংশ যেখানে শিক্ষার্থীদের পড়ার জন্য বা ধার নেওয়ার জন্য বই, সংবাদপত্র, ম্যাগাজিন এবং জার্নাল রাখা হয়। স্কুল লাইব্রেরির গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম। স্কুল লাইব্রেরি হল ছাত্র এবং শিক্ষকদের জন্য যারা লাইব্রেরি ব্যবহার করে তাদের জ্ঞান সমৃদ্ধ করতে পারে। আমাদের স্কুলে একটি ভালো লাইব্রেরিও রয়েছে যেখান থেকে শিক্ষার্থীরা বই ধার করতে পারে। এটি বিদ্যালয় ভবনের নিচতলায় অবস্থিত। আমাদের লাইব্রেরিতে বিজ্ঞান, ইতিহাস, দর্শন, রাজনীতি, আমাদের সংস্কৃতি ইত্যাদি বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে অসংখ্য বই রয়েছে। শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের আগ্রহের রুচি বা কৌতূহল অনুযায়ী বই ধার করে। বইগুলোকে সাজানো থাকে সুন্দরভাবে কিন্তু বর্ণানুক্রমিকভাবে তাকের মধ্যে। ছাত্রদের সাহায্য করার জন্য আমাদের লাইব্রেরিতে দু’জন ব্যক্তি আছেন। গ্রন্থাগারিক একজন সহায়ক মানুষ। তিনি কেবল তাক থেকে বই খুঁজে পান না, বই সম্পর্কে দরকারী পরামর্শ এবং তথ্যও দেন। তিনি এটি করতে পারেন কারণ তিনি তার বই জানেন। সহকারী গ্রন্থাগারিক বইপ্রেমী এবং বই ও ছাত্র উভয়ের প্রতিই আগ্রহী। তিনি আমাদের লাইব্রেরিতে পড়ার জন্য সীমাবদ্ধ বই খুঁজে পেতে সাহায্য করেন। তিনি শিক্ষার্থীদের লাইব্রেরি কার্ডের বিপরীতে বই প্রদান করেন। আমরা এক সপ্তাহের জন্য একটি বই ধার করতে পারি। আমাদের প্রধান শিক্ষক অত্যন্ত জ্ঞানী এবং বিচক্ষণ ব্যক্তি। তিনি সর্বদা আমাদের লাইব্রেরী প্রচারের জন্য তার যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করেন, তাই। যখনই শিক্ষার্থীরা বইয়ের অভাব অনুভব করে এবং তাকে তা জানায়, তিনি তা পূরণ করেন। এভাবে আমাদের লাইব্রেরি আরও সমৃদ্ধ হচ্ছে দিনের পর দিন. আমি আমাদের স্কুলের লাইব্রেরির জন্য গর্বিত বোধ করি যা গ্রন্থাগারিক এবং তার সহকারী দ্বারা ভালভাবে পরিচালিত হয়।
